Rosarito beach Hotel Grand Opening

This past weekend the project of the Rosarito beach hotel was finished.

The History of this hotel is very similar to the of the city since this hotel was built in 1920 and it has been growing as the city has been developing. The project was not only to finish the hotel but to create residential condominiums and after much hard work this was finally accomplished. The Owner of this magnificent place is the mayor of the city of Rosarito Mr. Hugo Torres.Many citizens, developers and business people were present for this grand event.

In this picture we have (starting from the left) the governor of the state of Baja California Mr.José Guadalupe Osuna Millán, followed by our general manager Yasumin Saito, next to the mayor of Rosarito Mr. Hugo Torres and Mr. Oscar Escobedo, incharge of tourism and development.

In this party the main food platter were the sushi rolls. Now a food widely known in Mexico due to the many developers that are moving to that area.

But thats not all we cant forget about those amazing Flamenco danzer who entertained the crowd.

FIESTA MEXICANA 2008 IN TOKYO

Fiesta Mexicana is an event that takes place every year in Tokyo.
This year it will take place on September 20 and 21.

In this party many different aspects of Mexico are presented like; their food, music, dance and art.People from all over the world get the experience real Mexico by listening to Mexican Mariachis and eating the most delicious Mexican foods.

Included in the events there are shows by folkloric dancers as well as Mariachis. Don't hesitate join in the fun!

For the kids there would also be many things to do like playing typical mexican games, pinatas, quick spanish lessons and riddles about Mexico.
You will also be able to learn about travel opportunities to Mexico, you can ask agents all the questions you have on traveling and Mexico. This is where you would find us!

Winners of the design contest!!!

Thanks to all the people that submitted their designs,they were all very good and it was a difficult choice.

The big winner of our design contest with their very creative and innovative design was the Ito family.

Congratulations!!!

The Ito family not only captured the mexican essence but it integrated the mexican touch with the Japanese culture. In Japan a bathtub facing the ocean is very popular specially with a beautiful sunset in the background.This brings a feeling of peace and tranquility. In their picture the Ito family also integrated the wine to the scene, which represents the delicious Mexican wine from the most famous wineries of Baja California. Peace, tranquility and fun are all represented in this picture which is what you would find in LAS FLORES in Rosarito!
