The History of this hotel is very similar to the of the city since this hotel was built in 1920 and it has been growing as the city has been developing. The project was not only to finish the hotel but to create residential condominiums and after much hard work this was finally accomplished. The Owner of this magnificent place is the mayor of the city of Rosarito Mr. Hugo Torres.Many citizens, developers and business people were present for this grand event.Top picture we have a Ms. Laura Torres cutting the opening ribbon.

Now a food widely known in Mexico due to the many developers that are moving to that area.
